The year is nearing its end and as the countdown to 2015 begins, I've reflected on my year thus far. Although it was a tough, emotional and challenging one, it was one that gave me the most strength in every aspect of life: emotionally, mentally and physically. Finding the balance of being a young mom along with work, staying physically fit, and everything else in between is something I've improved on this year, and the good folks at the Academy of Lions have welcomed me with open arms. As many of us know, finding the time and energy to work out especially during the winter season can be a tough one whilst juggling work and year-end projects/deadlines and festivities. Trust me, I know. I have multiple part-time jobs along with blogging full-time and attending six work related holiday events! Living a well-balanced life couldn't be made possible without the motivation and support from Nike Women, NTC classes and the Academy of Lions. Sadly, last Thursday marked the last NTC class of 2014 at the Academy of Lions. As expected, I ended the year strong with my NTC ladies and Nike Master Trainer, Eva RedpathI have been blessed and fortunate enough to be apart of such an amazing, motivating and inspiring outlet. I have met so  many beautiful souls. Here's to a stronger 2015 with Nike Women!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
