Myself alongside a few fellow Canadian "fitness personalities" were recently asked by GLOW Magazine about our take on wearing makeup at the gym. Being that we live in a selfie society, one that's become accustom to viewing our post-gym selfies via Instagram, Snapchat and other social channels, it's nearly unacceptable not to look on point. Besides, if you didn't take a picture for the 'gram or share your experience live via Snapchat, it never happened. Am I right, or am I right?

For the most part, I rarely ever have time to apply make-up in the morning. My life is a constant rush. Needless to say, nine times our of 10, I come to N+TC (Nike+ Training Club) classes fresh faced. However, when I do have time, I apply a little something something for the dewy illusion that I'm wide awake and ready to conquer a high-intensity workout at the crack of dawn.

So do I or don't I wear make-up when working out? Yay & Nay. Pick up a copy of Glow's November 2015 issue and flip over to page 70 to see exactly what I say, alongside Nike Master Trainer, Eva Redpath (who looks flawless during every single workout).
